Garsleeve FOR BUSBARS
Garsleeve is being used by leading switchgear manufacturers for insulation of Busbar for Low Tension Switchgears. It is available in four different colours i.e. Red, Yellow, Blue and Black.

RANGE AVAILABLE:
Suitable for Busbars of 25 mm to 200 mm width and 6mm to 12.5 mm thickness. The sleeve width from 33 mm to 230 mm. It has a breakdown voltage of 11 kv. Thickness 0.2 mm (Can be offered in 0.4 mm thickness also.)

TOLERANCES : Width +/-2 mm. Thickness +/-0.03 mm.

SHRINK RATIO: @ 120⁰ C
Machine Direction - 0% to 2%
Transverse Direction - 30% +/- 5%
Shrink Temperature - 100⁰ to 150⁰ C

STANDARD LENGTH : 100 Meters.

Garsleeve FOR CAPACITORS
Garsleeve for Electrolytic Capacitors are used externally for necessary insulation to the Capacitors. A variety of Garsleeve from very small and narrow ones to broad ones are produced as per customers requirement. It is available in various colours.

ADVANTAGES:
Physical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break, water absorption are guaranteed. Electrical properties such as volume resistivity and dielectric strength are guaranteed. Improvement on impact resistance is made so that the sleeved condensers are not broken if, it falls from height.

RANGE AVAILABLE:
Width 10 mm to 120 mm. Thickness 0.07 to 0.2 mm.

TOLERANCES:
Width +/-1 mm. Thickness +/-0.02 mm.

SHRINK RATIO: @ 120⁰ C
Machine Direction-15% +/- 5%
Transverse Direction 45%+/-5%
Shrink Temperature - 80⁰ to 150⁰ C
